Change Management, Organizational Design: As Steve’s master’s degree is in Organization Dynamics and Change Management from the University of Pennsylvania/Wharton he has led several major organization transformation and change management projects including at Macy’s, Intuit Software, General Electric, AT&T, etc.
  7. Corporate Innovation Programs: Developed and managed one of the most successful corporate innovation programs in US history under Jack Welch at GE that was titled “Work-Out!”.
